1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report an issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare products (masks, shampoos, conditioners, serums, oils) cannot be returned.

Items purchased on special promotions or clearance sales are non-refundable.
3. Return Process

Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details and a photo of the product issue.

Once approved, our team will arrange a replacement or exchange.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the product with the delivery agent.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed through the same method of payment (Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded in cash or credit towards your next purchase).

Please allow 5–7 working days for refunds to be processed.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
