Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report an issue.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare products (masks, shampoos, conditioners, serums, oils) cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased on special promotions or clearance sales are non-refundable.


3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details and a photo of the product issue.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange a replacement or exchange.

  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the product with the delivery agent.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds will be processed through the same method of payment (Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded in cash or credit towards your next purchase).

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for refunds to be processed.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
